Luma was the first to be widely available and used, but it's about $0.50 per generation. There are comfyUI workflows for Luma and others, but it's the one I see used the most. I don't know how easy it is to access Runway's, but Kling and Hailuo are also popular - in brands/platforms. Not sure about running locally.
